Scarcity and Abundance

The first step in emotional dysregulation and self awareness since my borderline personality disorder decided to take partnership back in my life (this time with cptsd that hadn’t happened before after managing to reduce the bpd to traits over the past three years) as I see things in black and white again, is to embraceContinue reading “Scarcity and Abundance”

Creative writing: The Innocent Boy

This is his story. He walked towards the mirror and knealt down on the night of a full moon, it’s reflection mirrored in the glass. He stopped. His inner evaluative speech triggered his thoughts to reconcile the attachment developments he experienced as a child as he remembered all he had courageously fought through; the mirrorContinue reading “Creative writing: The Innocent Boy”

What side of the brain do you use?

Scotland is beautiful 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Scotland is a beautiful country. People are friendly. Everyone supports one another in the community and it’s like going back in time. On a train journey from Kyle of Lochalsh to Inverness there was not one person using their phone but admiring the scenery. That’s the beauty of Scotland.

You have to loveContinue reading “What is love?”

The yacht in the ocean

The yacht was still, still as the midnight wind. Rocking gently creating swirling ripples around its frame Rocking so slight reflecting the moons shadow A whistle of air and a swift blow of wind can destroy its still essence and send it plummeting vivaciously into the depths of the unknown. But listen… But look… DidContinue reading “The yacht in the ocean”

The divided world

We are all divided in our concepts, in the way we feel about the world, and the way we see the world. Your past doesn’t define you – what matters is what’s in the moment 💙

The meaning of optimism: Individuals with depression can be optimistic and have positive thoughts just as extreme as their negative thoughts. This doesn’t define the individual but their expression of pain is the result of chemical imbalances in the brain. I’ve had a difficult past but want to make a positive impact to the world.Continue reading “Your past doesn’t define you – what matters is what’s in the moment 💙”
