Forest Imagery

Allow your soul to feel the warmth of the summer air as you close your eyes and imagine an exotic beach surrounded by fields of sunflowers and dandelions dancing in alignment with the velvet green grass.

Your soul feels passion, it feels delight, it is the symphony of the milk way, an inner warmth that only you can feel.

Really close your eyes. Imagine the blazing hot sun shimmering between the trees separating the path from the shadows, forests of soilders standing guard of engraved copper caves watching over the sea guiding the ships and its sailors.

Imagine a safe spot within the forest where you can let go of your thoughts, a feeling of self-control and self-comfort listening to the echoes of natures most glorious species.

A lighthouse with a light bearing a ninety degree view of the soft white sand.

Breathe in an out slowly but deeply for five minutes whilst imaging the beauty of the forest. The forest by the shore.

Symbols & Indoctrinations

One way to separate an individual from a mental health label is to ask them their values.

Values are what separates each individual retrospectively. For example, one person may choose to live in a busy city to work for a top technology firm because they enjoy communication and applying their skills to the general population whereas another person may choose to live in a quiet area surrounded by natural sources such as caves, rivers and twinkling streams.

We all have collective personalities and memories different from another except with the same concept of referring to a memory. These concepts are generated symbols designed by our unconscious to describe our perception and outlook.

The advertising we see are unconscious influencers to our desired wants rather than needs which leaves humans wanting more than what they have hence the rising mental health rates in the western world. Simply, they are symbols. Everything you see is a symbol or a pattern of past events which may be political, scientific, spiritual, genetic- you name it. Everything we see is made up of the five senses and these senses create an improvised network to deliver a message to a sample of a population. Popularity comes from advancements aimed to influence the majority of the population to create a norm, like an establishment of power.

Each symbol will have a different meaning to its peers except when mental health labels are given to us within society yet once people hear someone they know has a mental health condition that isn’t visually observant they begin to analyse and interpret the meaning of that label as an overgeneralised symbol which doesn’t help with separating the individual from the mental health condition. I mean really think about it. People cause the most suffering. Political views have created wars  we’ve evolved and used money to give humans a class status, we have first class and standard class on trains and VIP nightclub venues which makes some people feel worthless and unimportant and doesn’t support equality in the slightest.

We can only craft our own meaning of ourselves and set our own boundaries because if we don’t we allow others to do that for us.

Our Creation (poem)

The souls thunder is a memory of defeat

From the enemy that portrayed the darkest hour

It crushes, rejects, the opinions of those who care

For the purpose of money & for the purpose of war

A delicate world on the brink of collapse

Sins magnified and ignorance replenished

The destruction of death

Until it’s too late to make change

We will never know

What peace feels like in the brink of madness

Because selfishness is destructive and may encapsulate your deepest fears

Love is the opposite, therefore opposites attract

Do not compare, or argue with a broken soul

Understand and help them instead

To learn from another is to be re-born

To create a simple future

And a positive world

Shakespeare wrote about narcissm 🎭

I was analysing some brilliant works composed by Shakespeare and realised that in one of his plays, Macbeth, Macbeth had murdered three people that affected Lady Macbeth and deteriorated her mental health. Her mental health rapidly declined.

This was going back when social media, photographs and television sets weren’t invented yet. Shakespeare wrote about narcissm and the affects of mental health in his own unique language from his own perspective. What happened to Shakespeare’s lost play? What did he experience in his life for him to write? All this is highly interesting in looking at the evolution of psychological behaviours. This is a pure example of how we can combine science with creativity and converge these sectors together.

Narcissists have no issue with death or killing others for personal gain, sense of control or power. If anyone protests against a real narcissist there will be social war and extreme velocity. They can remain calm and stable because their emotions are tucked away in the iceberg of their traumatic history. They are charming at face value and can use language to manipulate their victims into giving in to their demands.

Normal people don’t believe such psychopathy exists because they blend in. That’s the true meaning of narcissm.

The broken moon 🌒

What is the meaning of an eclipse?

Is it a partial disturbance of evil covering the light of the stone’s soul?

What is the meaning of night?

Is it to rest our bodies or minds?

What is the meaning of the holes on the moons surface?

Does it emphasise the holes we carry within our hearts?

What is the meaning of a broken soul?

An awareness that there’s a missing piece – a missing part of you that you can’t comprehend. . .

But it’s always the same moon. The same moon we all look up to.

Be worthy

You’re Worthy 💙

Grow

Let Others

Define Your worth

Allow others to

Destroy you, but don’t

Let them

Be that broken piece

Forgive those who played with your mind

Begin Again

You are suffering, I see

But . . .

You failed, I understand

Now read it bottom up !! 💕📝

Ernest Hemingway’s Mind

Ernest Hemingway once said: “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self”

What does this quote imply?

Ernest Hemingway struggled with depression at the time he wrote this quote. You can tell by his words. The first sentence shows he probably tried to explain how he was feeling but came across as insensitive and superior and couldn’t understand why no one else could understand the way he was feeling.

The second part of the sentence implies his own personal growth within his writing. He released his emotions into words, he created books that warmed the hearts of millions of people around the world – especially the book “The Old Man and the Sea.”

He remembered who he was before all the traumatic incidents happened to him except he knew something in his brain has changed. He knew because he became superior to himself. He may have come across as narcissistic but maybe society suppressed him too much, so was he? Maybe the experiences he entailed changed the way in which is brain functioned. Maybe he didn’t realise how much of himself he lost until the moment he could write. He wrote about what hurts. His imagination will always live on.

A million pieces of glass📝

The heart weeped. It’s shattered. It’s bruised. It hoped. It looked. It found. It lost. It moped.

The tears fell. It’s endless. It’s dried. It’s condensated. It’s hell.

The body ached. It’s weak. It’s hurt. It’s painful. It’s bleak.

The memories split. It’s disorientated. It’s confused. It’s recalling. It’s used.

Your confidence drowned. It’s dissociative. It’s lonely. It’s invisible. It’s sound.

You found love. It’s scared. It’s unpromising. It’s repetitive. It’s shared.

You lost trust. It’s replaced. It’s moving. It’s glass. It’s lust.

The empty shell 🐚

A hollow shell, A silent wave

Frothy shores and empty caves

Pick up the shell and listen to the sea

Listen to its calling when it’s calling you to me

Grains of sand and shades of stone

Who knew it would be so peaceful to be so alone.

Creative Writing Ideas📝

Expressing ourselves is essential for our creativity to develop so below I’ve listed ways we can do that improve our writing abilities:

  1. Think of an object. Create a spider diagram linking words that relate to that object. Include all five senses and emotions when describing that object. Make it as a word count of 300 words.
  2. Write a short story in third person then revise it and write it in the first person.
  3. Write about a topic that you feel strongly about and write an opposing piece of literature that argues against that point of view. Find ways to distinguish fact from opinion. Make this a word count of 400 words.
  4. Do it at your own pace! 💕

A new development

You feel like the world wants to diminish your creativity but criticise your depression when you ask for help when needed and the way your personal experiences have consumed you you exhaust all efforts in trying to identify the triggers but trauma based CBT and medication is useful in this instance. You can also print off self help books in the meantime to help yourself. You don’t have to feel alone in isolation creating new ideas and concepts. Don’t be afraid to be wrong and change that idea if it’s wrong. Do not be afraid to go back on a pre-existing idea and change the outcome. I’ve personally combined the 4 P’s of creativity and related that to mental health so I can form new innovations and projects to help myself and others in the future. I’ve always been a writer, that will never change. I don’t want to change who I am as a person, I want to be able to express my ideas and create new reformations for better change as the mental health rates are rising and rather than society seeing mental health as the issue we need the practicalities in place to be able to change that. I think the most appropriate job for me once I’ve worked on my own self-development is in the creative sector because I can expand on my current ideas and experiences and create new projects that will help others in delivering their full potential. Without creativity we wouldn’t have revolutions in science, without creativity we wouldn’t have DBT and cognitive based therapies. Creativity is not a curse, it’s a beautiful power to have openness to experience and the ability to use oneself and their experiences for innovation. This is me being myself so why should I apologise for being myself. Why should you apologise for wanting to write in isolation where your ideas are more prevalent in the middle of the night? This is you and be proud to be you. If anyone needs any help with any online content in a creative format then let me know and I’ll formalise plans and see what I can do for you. 💗💗

A solemn night 💫

Chapter One

She took one last step towards him. Her heart jumped at the sight of her illusions. She was questioning herself. She was wondering by unexpectedly. She felt love for him with no understanding of why. This left her craving more. She realised she had absorbed his personality traits and her brain would never be the same.

It began on a cold winter morning. Owls hooted and crickets chirped.  The sun a pale yellow rising above the mist. The atmosphere was quiet and the air had a delicate warmth in its blow. I felt I had exhausted all efforts in trying to rebuild my life. I was lonely. But not lonely as in craving another person to fill my void, lonely as in lacking the capacity to make good appropriate decisions.  I had just left my family home after a disagreement. I felt abandoned, prejudiced, alone. I wanted to find a quiet spot to relax my thoughts and deal with my pain in solitude but everywhere I turned I had the darkest memories of pain reflecting images of anticipation in my environment. I didn’t see the world the way others did back then. I was avoidant. Avoidant of anyone who would bring me pain. Avoidant of anything that would disrupt my thought processes. Avoidant of anything uncomfortable that suffocated me. Avoidant of the my loving inner virtues like something had blocked my ability to love myself and who I was. I was confused. I couldn’t understand back then. I was seventeen. I had just finished my GCSE’s with a high mark in History.  History was my favourite subject because I liked the way evolution had evolved, how technology had camouflaged the art of survival. It was then I knew I still was using my primitive brain. I wanted it to be manipulated to blend in with social norms, I wanted it to stop being fearful of my past. I wanted by brain to stop being on the lookout for danger but it never complied with my conscience. It was then I moved back to my fathers. I had just come out of a relationship that didn’t end well. I loved this man a lot but I was too unstable within the relationship so he ended it with me. I felt rejected. I felt like I wasn’t deserving of love. He had a strong deameanour which I valued. It was never going to work out so that night I cried myself to sleep hoping that one day I’d have a stable relationship with value and consistency. It was then I met him. An unexpected encounter. I was about to embark on a destructive path.
